Uppercase Living Unit Meeting in Clinton Twp.

Hi Uppercase Team-
I have scheduled a team meeting for all those who are interested and can make it. We will meet on
Saturday, November 8th, 10:00am
at the Starbucks at Partridge Creek outdoor mall in Clinton Twp.
I have not been to the Starbucks yet, but the mall is awesome. Kind of a cross between Summerset and the Rochester Village. It is right on hall (M-59) road just east of Garfield.
The Starbucks address is: 17410 Hall Rd, Clinton Twp, 48038
They do not have separate meeting rooms but I figure we can just pull up some tables and chairs and meet for an hour or so.

Then, I am planning to go to The Flower Factory. I have heard they have really great craft supplies at super-cheap. Anyone who wants to go there on a 'field trip' is welcome. We just need our biz cards to get in. It is also on Hall Rd.

Please RSVP so that I know how many seats to reserve. And, come with one of your favorite new marketing ideas/flyers OR a new make and take OR a new UL thing you have made. If you have any items for the agenda, please email me.

Hello. Welcome to the Holiday Season!! I just want to welcome 2 new demonstrators. Our team is now a 86. That is awesome.

Please note the unit meeting in the Lake Orien area run by Carrie Gerdeman this Saturday. We are trying to spread them out throughout lower Michigan. Anyone else who wants to lead a meeting would be much appreciated. I would love to help anyone with this. I plan on having a Unit meeting in January at my home. I will get the date within the month so people can plan for it. Please feel free to add information to this blog site. Let me know if you need help and I can add things also. I am so excited about the upgraded websites on uppercase living. If you have not checked it out now is the time to do it. For an additional fee customers can created a shopping cart on your personal website. There they can create custom expression and purchase products. It is a great idea for repeat customers who want to order from the comfort of their home. Viewing the catalog is also very cool on the new website. So she is a great person to ask questions, give suggestions and chat with. She will be talking about her success story. It would be great if we could have a huge crowd to join her that night. UCL Convention

Hello Ladies, I just wanted to remind you the UCL convention is starting on Tuesday. I am flying into Minn. on Monday morning and will be there until Thursday morning. I am looking forward to seeing the new catalog, meeting the owners of the company, and being able to bring back new ideas on recruiting, selling and building a strong team. Welcome everyone to our team. It is getting huge. We grew this month by 11! We are now at 79. Our team sales this month were just over 21 thousand dollars!!! I will post the top sales within the next couple of days.

I signed up for the conference today. I know Margaret and Sheila are going. Anyone else out there attending the Uppercase Living Summer Conference? It is not to late to sign up. Karen has promised us fun goodie bags:)
Save the date. Thursday July 24th. We will have a unit meeting. I can bring back all the fun information from the conference and share it. I am going to have this one at my home in Howell. My husband has offered to grill a nice dinner for everyone who attends.

Also, September 20th (Saturday) Karen P. (the first Executive Director in the company!!!! has said she will come in and lead the unit meeting. She asked for ideas on topics. Feel free to post ideas you would like talked about. She is excited to come and meet our team. She is always so impressed with how fast we are growing.

Our team grew from 63 to 68 . Our team did awesome in sales for April. It was the highest montly sale totals for our team EVER!!! Our totals for the month were 25,014.03. WOW

I am excited about our upcoming Unit Meeting. I am hoping since it is on a Saturday morning it is more convient for everyone. Luckily it is at Caribou Coffee so we can have some yummy coffee to help wake us up. I am asking everyone to bring a sample of a make and take if they have one. I have gotten some ideas from ladies about the agenda. I am creating it now. Please let me know if you have anything to add to it.

Challenge for May. I thought it would be fun to do a 6 in 6 challenge. That is anyone who closes 6 open houses in 6 weeks (starting May 1st and ending June 15th) will win a package of catalogs. Good Luck and have fun!!! Enjoy the nice weather.

March Update

March Update Hello Ladies,

What a great month. A few of the highlights were:
---Amy Lyon promotes to Senior Demonstrator-GO AMY!!!
---Top Sales for the month goes to Kim Thorndcraft-selling $1720.00 with just two open houses. ---Our team grew from 51 to 63 this past month.
---Our quarterly sales were $44,205.70. That is awesome. If anyone is interested in going to the Uppercase Living Summer Conference in July please let me know. I am interested in going with some others. Our next unit meeting is going to be on Saturday May 17th. Details of location and exact time and agenda will follow. I am thinking about the Royal Oak Caribou again. If anyone has another idea I am open for suggestions. Also, if anyone would like to add something to the agenda please let me know. Since we now have 7 ladies in leadership I thought we could do a leadership meeting ½ hour before the unit meeting. What do you think? I would like to come up with and share ways we are supporting our teams. We are all new at this and other women’s ideas certainly help. Enjoy your month.

Can you tell I am having fun with this. I keep adding new things. I thought it would be fun to post goals on here. If anyone has certian goals they are working towards. It could be number of parties, new demonstrators, promotions or anything else. I think it helps out to see what other peoples goals are and get ideas.
